We print, that’s what we do.
But we can also help with other things. If you’re looking to find out exactly what services we provide, see below.
We use Australia’s most advanced screen printing equipment, across all stages of production — from automatic screen coaters, CTS (computer-to-screen) technology, fully automatic screen printing presses to the best gas dryers in the industry.
Our automatic printing techniques allow for speed and consistency, without compromising on quality.
We can screen print in most areas across a garment. Although some positions, fabrics and print sizes aren’t always possible, you can bet we’ll do our best. Skip to our FAQ for a print guide with more sizing and positioning details.
Screen printing allows for up to 14 colours — we can achieve any designs with a more defined colour range using Digital Hybrid printing. You can scope out more about this new printing technique below.
Our speciality techniques span from puff printing to discharge ink. For a list of all options, scroll down to our techniques section. If something you’re after isn’t listed, get in touch.
The minimum run for screen printing is 50 units.
This is very new printing technology – we’re one of only two printers in Australia currently offering it.
The method combines digital printing and screen printing, with the ability to achieve curated colours and more defined designs — all with the longevity of a screen print.
This style of printing is ideal for photo imagery, any artwork with more than 14 colours, and super detailed tonal designs
Digital Hybrid printing is only available on the front or back of blank garments or merch. We can’t help here with sleeve prints, or garments with pockets, buttons or zips.
The minimum run for Digital Hybrid Printing is 50 units.
We use high-tension stitching to create individual, durable designs. Embroidery is our pick for headwear, accessories or jackets. It’s an adaptable decorating technique, working across almost all materials.
Pricing is based on the stitch count, so solid or large designs lead to a higher price point.
We’ll carefully match your preferred colours to Marathon Viscose-Rayon threads, but don’t hold us to every Pantone shade — unfortunately, some aren’t possible.
Keep in mind; that small text and delicate, or detailed designs don’t always work with embroidery. Hit us up for advice if you need it, and we’ll let you know what will work.
Shoot over your preferred design, and if it’s doable we’ll provide a quote based on the thread count. Once approved, we’ll send through a digital mock-up and prepare the art file for our embroidery machines.
The machines run multiple garments at once and allow for a range of colours within the design.
The minimum run for embroidery is 25 units.
Details are important. Choose from two different label styles to individualise your garments or merch.
Woven Labels –
We offer a wide range of sizes, styles, and folds. Size pip labels are also included in the relabelling cost.
Woven labels aren’t limited to the neck of a garment. They can be sewn to the hem of a tee, end of a sleeve or even accessories like caps or totes.
The minimum quantity for woven labels is 200 units, but don’t sweat if your run is smaller than that — we’ll hold onto what’s left over and use the labels for your future orders.
Alternatively, supply us with your own labels and we’ll sew them onto the order for you.
Printed Labels –
Use your own design, or add a logo to our printed label template. We print in the Pantone shade Cool Grey #A7A8A9 — this shows up on both light and dark garments, but not through the fabric.
Printed labels are our pick for garments like tees or fleeces.
The minimum quantity for printed labels is 50 units.
We individually fold and bag each garment, so there’s no need to double handle — we’ll deliver a product that’s ready for shipping directly to your customers.
You can supply us with swing tags, stickers, or barcodes to include with the garments.
Plastic or compostable bags, you pick and we’ll pack.
We ship Australia-wide — directly to you, or your fulfilment centre. If the deadline is tight, we offer urgent same-day delivery within a 30km radius of Marrickville.
When placing your order, be sure to state your preference for shipping or pick-up.
Pickup is available Monday-Friday from our Marrickville warehouse.
From eco-friendly inks to vibrant threads — choose from our list of techniques, or hit us up for advice.
